Biography
Dr. Laszlo committed himself to the chiropractic profession at age fifteen. "I just knew this life saving healthcare system we call Chiropractic was what I was called to do. I couldn’t ask for a more rewarding career."
Dr. Laszlo completed his undergraduate studies at Metropolitan State College and was accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in San Jose, Ca. After completing the Doctorate program, Dr. Laszlo returned to Colorado and completed his internship. Shortly after, he opened Discover Chiropractic, now called Discover Health and Wellness.
Discover Health and Wellness strives to fulfill its mission of improving the quality of life for all. "My personal mission to every patient in this office is to focus 110% of my attention on the patient in front of me at all times. I will give the patient a quality adjustment, uphold efficient procedures, respect their time, and make sure my patients know I am here to serve them. My mission is to give my best each and every day I enter these doors. I will educate my patients and strive to help as many people as I can."
When away from Discover Health and Wellness, Dr. Laszlo enjoys the outdoors. "I love fishing, martial arts, and spending time with my wife Jennifer and my two sons, Jay and Karson."

Biography
Dr. Johnson attended Ball State University in Muncie, IN where he majored in both chemistry and nutrition. Soon after graduation he relocated to Denver CO. He then worked in the chemistry and microbiology labs at Coors Brewing Company for 8 years. It wasn’t until after the many years working in a lab that he found his true calling, Chiropractic. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While there he became passionate about educating people of the powerful benefits of chiropractic care.
Dr. Johnson works from our Denver Tech Center Location.
During Dr. Johnson’s time away from the office he enjoys hiking, traveling, camping, snowboarding and spending time with his wife, Lindsy, and friends.

Biography
Dr. Meyer became interested in a career as a Chiropractor after his life was radically altered by an adjustment. "I sustained a sports injury as a sophomore in high school. I, quite literally, crawled into my Chiropractor’s office and after one adjustment, I walked out! It was then that I knew first hand the power of an adjustment. I promised myself that I would learn from the best to help others as I have been helped.
Dr. Meyer studied pre-Chiropractic at Hastings College in Nebraska, Southern Arkansas University, and Scott Community College in Iowa. He was then accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Meyer returned to Nebraska and completed his internship. Shortly after, he moved to Illinois to start his own practice called Kinetic Potential. After building one of the largest practices in Illinois, he moved to Washington State and then to Arkansas to duplicate the work.
During Dr. Meyer’s time away from the office he enjoys being outdoors playing golf, hiking, and skiing as well as spending quality time with his family and friends.

Dr. Teets’ passion is to educate the community on natural wellness by removing nervous system interference and allowing the body to function at 100% of it’s ability.
Biography
Dr. Teets knew that chiropractic can help change the lives of people after a cross-country injury his junior year in high school. “I went in for pain in my low back sustained while running up a hill, and after a few adjustments, I noticed that all of the digestive issues I had since childhood were gone. That’s when I started to understand the power of the body’s innate healing ability when nothing is impeding it.”
Dr. Teets studied biology at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, where he also minored in chemistry and math. After graduating he attended Life University in Marietta, GA to complete his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. He spent a year after graduation as an associate in Glen Rock, PA and is very excited to join the team at Discover Health and Wellness.

During Dr. Teets’ time away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, Cassie and Cohen, running and training for road races, hiking with family and friends, and watching West Virginia Mountaineers football in the fall.

Biography
My name is Dr. Phillip Wygonski. I earned my bachelor's
degree at Ohio University and continued on to receive my Doctorate of Chiropractic
at Life University in Atlanta, GA. I got into chiropractic because my younger
brother was going to need another surgery for scoliosis and finally we said
enough and started learning about chiropractic. After graduation I got a job in Mansfield,
Ohio where I worked helping people get their health back. I then met Dr.
Keppen, and he offered me the opportunity to come out to Colorado and
work with his team. I am so excited about the opportunity
to move out here and work along side of one of the best chiropractic teams
here in Denver. I have always had the desire to live in Colorado
because I love the outdoors and the mountains present so many things to
do.

Brad Poppie, MPT, CSCS
Brad received a bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine with a minor in Anatomy and Neurbiography from Colorado State University in 1997. After graduation, Mr. Poppie achieved the certification of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association with whom he remains an active member of today. Mr. Poppie then went on to purse a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Gannon University in 2000. To present, Mr. Poppie has practiced in numerous professional settings including outpatient orthopedic, geriatrics, pediatrics, neurologic, impatient, acute care, and home health. He stands as a practitioner and business entrepreneur. Mr. Poppie has successfully opened and managed five outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practices include six outpatient orthopedic offices with specific integration of medical doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists working in concert together. He has since developed numerous referral relationships with medical and chiropractic physicians, and personal injury attorneys.

Biography
Dr. Crump is a Colorado native and one of 7 siblings. Through competitive sports, Delilah knew at a young age that she wanted to be a physical therapist. After completing her undergraduate schooling and college athletics, Delilah began working as a PT assistant and therapy volunteer at local hospitals, pediatric clinics and outpatient orthopedic clinics. After completing her doctorate at Regis University, Dr. Crump took a position at an outpatient orthopedic clinic she also took on a second position working with older adults for home therapy needs. Dr. Crump has also been the Rehab Supervisor with Optimal Home Care, and started her own company, Innovative Physical Therapy. She continues to spend her days working with geriatric patients in their homes. Dr. Crump is very excited to return to the clinical setting and to have the opportunity to work Discover Health and Wellness. She strongly believes in treating the body and person as a whole, both physically and emotionally. Dr. Crump understands that each provider at Discover Health and Wellness plays an intricate role in each person’s health focusing on core stability, eliminating soft tissue restrictions through massage, establishing appropriate joint positioning and postural alignment with joint manipulations and mobilizations, and retraining the muscular system to support all joints positions, stability and movement.

Outside the office, Dr. Crump enjoys taking long
trips on her motorcycle, cycling, mountain biking, skiing, women’s fast
pitch softball and spending time with her friends and family.

Cynthia has a passion for helping people find healing through the release of negative emotions and the restoration of spiritual, emotional and physical wholeness.
Cynthia has worked providing case management and individual counseling services for children and adults. As a Splankna Practitioner Cynthia has learned more about how the body is able to store and release emotions to help in the healing process. Splankna Therapy offers a Christian protocol for Energy Psychology developed from an integration of Neuro-Emotional Techniques, Thought Field Therapy, E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and spiritual warfare. Ann has spent her life in the health care field both as an EMT on an ambulance in Denver and as an educator in the Health and Sciences department at Front Range Community College. Ann currently lectures for St. Anthony's Health Passport Program and for Red Rocks Community College in the Alternative Health Care Program.
In her free time Ann, her four daughters and her husband Kelly enjoy fishing, skiing and riding in the Colorado high country. They love to garden and just spend time together enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.

Kirsten graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in Westminster. Kirsten loves to work with all kinds of people; whether your goal is decreased pain, increased range of motion, athletic performance or general well-being. She specializes in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Swedish massage. Kirsten is a Colorado native, originally from Breckenridge; she has a background in competitive ski racing and is now an avid rock climber, runner, backpacker and camper. Christine graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in August 2010, where she received training in cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, sports massage, Russian sports massage, structural integration and trigger point therapy. She specializes in deep tissue and injury massage. Her goal in every massage session is to help her clients realize the value of chiropractic care combined with massage therapy. Christine participated in the 2011 Bolder Boulder and enjoys staying active, she spends her free time with her 2 children Jacob and Jadyn. They are big movie buffs, they enjoy reading, camping and love the summer time in Colorado.

Stephen Waller is a
Registered, Certified and Insured Massage Therapist who graduated from the
Denver School of Massage Therapy. He has a natural gift for being a massage
therapist and a strong desire to help people. Stephen integrates various
modalities into his sessions such as swedish massage, deep-tissue massage,
neuromuscular therapy (trigger-point massage), sports massage, structural
massage, reflexology, and cranial-sacral therapy. Sessions are tailored to the
client's individual needs with the intention of promoting ongoing wellness, and
to help facilitate a path of improved health and well-being. His goal is to
provide an effective treatment by creating a safe, relaxed, and comfortable
environment that promotes self healing through positive touch by listening, learning
and being mindful of each of his client's needs.

Autumn Nation (Lone Tree Office)
Autumn Nation has been involved in wellness and healthcare most of her life. Volunteering as a Candy Striper served to fuel the fire – Autumn graduated from Marian College in Indiana with a BSN and then went on to Indiana University to obtain her Masters as a Nurse Practitioner. After over 10 years in Family Practice, Autumn saw the need to compliment her practice with eastern medicine principles and embrace a more holistic approach to healthcare. She recently graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts and is now a Certified Massage Therapist. Autumn has also enjoyed learning energy work including Polarity, Reiki, and Healing Touch. She is also completing prerequisites for medical school. In her spare time, Autumn is an avid triathlete, plays recreational soccer and is learning the intricacies of racquetball. Autumn’s experience with sports has helped her understand and better treat athletes and their injuries.

After obtaining her BA in Theatre, Lisa Nation worked as a Production Stage Manager in Seattle. Lisa jumped to IT and has spent the past 20 years working with software developers. As a Business Analyst for a local hospital, Lisa realized she was missing something in her life. She resigned her position and took off several months to decide what she wanted to be when she grew up! Lisa stepped into the Colorado School of Healing Arts and knew she had found what was missing. Specializing in Neuromuscular, Trigger Point and Sports Massage, Lisa also practices Polarity, Reiki and Healing Touch. Having been an athlete since high school, Lisa is confident that if you have suffered an injury from a sporting event, she has probably experienced it and can help you to recover!
